Marketing Assistant

Salary: $1400 - $1900

Job Responsibilities:

• Management fo loyalty program and operations.
• Prepare key operational performance measures.
• Liaise with local suppliers with the ordering of merchandises for customers.
• Liaise directly with outsourced overseas agencies to ensure prompt ordering and delivery of redemption gifts to customers in the region.
• Monitor and check billing information from local suppliers and overseas agencies.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of successful administrative / operations or customer support experience will be an asset.
• Diploma or GCE A level / O level with at least 1-2 years related experience.
• Knowledge on MS Office, conversant in generic IT skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and language capabilities.
• Prior experience in sales processing or logistic support will be an added advantage.
