Job Responsibilities:
- Management fo loyalty program logistics and operations.
- redemption, rewards fulfillment and tracking
- documentation / process workflow / reporting
- members support hotline, email support on redemption status
- Prepare key operational performance measures.
- Liaise with local suppliers with the ordering of merchandises for customers.
- Liaise directly with outsourced overseas agencies to ensure prompt ordering and delivery of redemption gifts to customers in the region.
- Monitor and check billing information from local suppliers and overseas agencies.
- Compile billing information.
- Monitor and manage inventory.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of successful administrative / operations or customer support experience will be an asset.
- GCE A level / O level with at least 2-3 years related experience will considered.
- Knowledge on MS Office, conversant in generic IT skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and language capabilities.
- Prior experience in sales processing or logistic support will be an added advantage.
5 days week, location Raffles
