Customer/Admin/Sales Support (Redemption Executive)

Salary: Up to $2.2K

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management fo loyalty program logistics  and operations.
    • redemption, rewards fulfillment and tracking
    • documentation / process workflow / reporting
    • members support hotline, email support on redemption status
  • Prepare key operational performance measures.
  • Liaise with local suppliers with the ordering of merchandises for customers.
  • Liaise directly with outsourced overseas agencies to ensure prompt ordering and delivery of redemption gifts to customers in the region.
  • Monitor and check billing information from local suppliers and overseas agencies.
  • Compile billing information.
  • Monitor and manage inventory.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of successful administrative / operations or customer support experience will be an asset.
  • GCE A level / O level with at least 2-3 years related experience will considered.
  • Knowledge on MS Office, conversant in generic IT skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and language capabilities.
  • Prior experience in sales processing or logistic support will be an added advantage.

5 days week, location Raffles
